Common use of Definitions in the Indenture Clause in Contracts

Definitions in the Indenture. For all purposes of this Supplemental Indenture No. 2, capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings specified in the Indenture. If any term is defined in this Supplemental Indenture No. 2 and in the Indenture, such term shall have the meaning assigned to it in this Supplemental Indenture No. 2.
