Definitions Interpretations. All capitalized terms used but not defined in this Amendment have the meaning ascribed to them in the Original Purchase Agreement, and such terms are incorporated in this Amendment by reference. All other definitional provisions and rules of interpretation set forth in Article I of the Original Purchase Agreement shall apply to this Amendment.
