Definitions of Certain Terms Used Herein. The following words shall have the following meanings when used in this Agreement. The capitalized, defined terms used in the PSA Agreement shall have the same meanings in this Agreement, unless specifically otherwise provided herein. Any other terms that are not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings attributed to such terms in the UCC. All references to dollar amounts shall mean amounts in lawful money of the United States of America.
