Definitions of Special Terms. Unless the context clearly indicates some other meaning or may otherwise require, and in addition to those terms defined elsewhere herein, the terms defined in this Section 2.1 shall, for all purposes of this Resolution, any Resolution or other instrument amendatory hereof or supplemental hereto, instrument or document herein or therein mentioned, have the meanings specified herein, with the following definitions to be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of any terms defined herein:
