Definitions of Terms Used in This Agreement. Unless the context indicates otherwise, the words and expressions set out below shall bear the following meanings and cognate expressions shall bear corresponding meaning:  “AML/CFT” means Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Financial Terrorism.  ‘’Agent Banking ’’ means the provision of financial services to customers by a third party (Agent) on behalf of the Bank based on an express authorization of the Bank to the Agent to render such services .
