Definitions Specific to this Agreement. 2.2.1 The following words used in this Agreement shall be defined as follows: a) Townhouse-style multiple-unit dwelling means a multiple unit dwelling which may resemble a rowhouse dwelling that is divided vertically into three or more dwelling units, and where each dwelling unit is not located on a separate lot and where each dwelling unit does not require separate driveway access to a public street, nor independent entrances to a front and rear yard.
