By submitting a response to this solicitation, the Respondent agrees that the City’s standard Definitions, Terms and Conditions, in effect at the time of release of the solicitation, shall govern but shall be superseded by those terms and conditions specifically provided for otherwise within this solicitation, in a separate agreement or on the face of a purchase order. Any exception to or additional terms and conditions attached to the response will not be considered unless respondent specifically references them on the front of the Solicitation Document.
