DEFINITIONS USED IN THIS AGREEMENT. (a) In this Agreement, the term MEZZANINE LOAN AGREEMENT means the Original Agreement as amended by this Agreement. (b) All capitalized terms used in this Agreement which are not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Mezzanine Loan Agreement, including those definitions added to the Mezzanine Loan Agreement by this Agreement.
