DEGREE DEFINITIONS. The salary schedules listed in the appendices of this Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the following definitions: Bachelor A baccalaureate degree earned at an accredited college or university. Master’s or A master’s degree earned at an accredited college or university; Equivalent** the completion of thirty-six (36) credits beyond the baccalaureate degree. Sixth Year or A second master’s degree in a discipline other than the discipline Master’s +30 in which the initial master’s degree was attained, or a Sixth Year or Equivalent Certificate from an accredited college or university.
