Delay Not a Waiver. Neither the failure nor any delay on the part of Lender to exercise any right, power or privilege under this Agreement or under any document executed in connection herewith shall operate as a waiver of such right, power or privilege and any single or partial exercise of any such right, power or privilege shall not preclude any other or further exercise thereof.
