Common use of Delay Not Waiver Clause in Contracts

Delay Not Waiver. No delay or omission of the Trustee or of any of the Debentureholders to exercise any right or power accruing hereunder shall impair any such right or power, or shall be construed to be a waiver of any default or an acquiescence therein, and every power and remedy given hereby to the Trustee or to the Debentureholders may be exercised by it or by them from time to time as often as may be deemed expedient by it or them.
