Delay Not Waiver. No delay on the part of the Lender in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder or under any of the HUD Loan Documents and/or this Guaranty shall operate as a waiver of any such privilege, power or right. No waiver by the Lender in any instance shall constitute a waiver in any other instance.
