Delayed Transfer Assets Sample Clauses
The Delayed Transfer Assets clause defines the terms under which certain assets are transferred at a later date rather than immediately upon execution of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the specific assets subject to delayed transfer, the conditions that must be met before the transfer occurs, and the timeline or triggering events for the transfer. For example, assets might be held back until regulatory approvals are obtained or certain contractual obligations are fulfilled. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility and manage risk by ensuring that asset transfers only occur when all necessary prerequisites are satisfied, thereby protecting both parties from premature or improper transfers.
