Common use of Delays; Partial Exercise of Remedies Clause in Contracts

Delays; Partial Exercise of Remedies. No delay or omission of the Agent, the Issuing Bank or the Lenders to exercise any right or remedy hereunder shall impair any such right or operate as a waiver thereof. No single or partial exercise by the Agent, the Issuing Bank or the Lenders of any right or remedy shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof, or preclude any other right or remedy.
