DELEGATED FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES. The Local Authority (LA) agrees to perform those delegated Functions and Duties that are indicated with a “Yes” in the first column of the following table. Applicable statutes, rules and Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) include those that authorize or prohibit the described activities and those that are to be enforced during the conduct of those activities.
