Common use of Delegation and Sub-Delegation Clause in Contracts

Delegation and Sub-Delegation. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein contained (including Section 6.01), the Administrator may delegate (by subcontract or otherwise) the performance of the Administrative Services to any Person, including affiliates of the Administrator, without the prior written consent of the Trustee, provided that such delegation shall not relieve the Administrator of the responsibility for performance of the Administrative Services.

Delegation and Sub-Delegation.
