Common use of Delegation and Subcontracting Clause in Contracts

Unless otherwise proposed and approved in the Consultant's proposal for services, the Consultant shall not delegate or subcontract any work to be performed by the Consultant under this agreement to any other person, business or entity without the express advance written approval of the City for such delegation or subcontract work.
