Common use of Delegation; Generally Clause in Contracts

Delegation; Generally. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Section 5.1(b)(iv)), the Board may, from time to time, delegate to one or more Persons (including any Manager or Officer) such authority and duties as the Board may deem advisable in addition to those powers and duties set forth in Section 5.1(b) hereof. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Board also may assign titles to any Manager or other individual and may delegate to such Manager or other individual certain authority and duties. Any number of titles may be held by the same Manager or other individual. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, any delegation pursuant to this Section 5.4(b) may be revoked at any time by the Board.
