Common use of Delegation; Generally Clause in Contracts

Delegation; Generally. The Board may, from time to time, delegate to one or more Persons (including any Director or Officer) such authority and duties as the Board may deem advisable in addition to those powers and duties set forth in Section 5.1(b) hereof. The Board also may assign titles (including chairman, chief executive officer, president, chief marketing officer, chief technology officer, vice president, secretary, assistant secretary, treasurer and assistant treasurer) to any Director, Unitholder or other individual and may delegate to such Director, Unitholder or other individual certain authority and duties. Any number of titles may be held by the same Director, Unitholder or other individual. Any delegation pursuant to this Section 5.4(d) may be revoked at any time by the Board.
