Common use of Delegation of Functions Clause in Contracts

Delegation of Functions. 3.1 The functions that are to be delegated by the Health Board to the Integration Joint Board are set out in Part 1 of Annex 1, and only to the extent that they relate to the services described in Part 2 of Annex 1. 3.2 The functions that are to be delegated by the Council to the Integration Joint Board are set out in Part 1 of Annex 2. The services to which these functions relate, which are currently provided by the Council and which are to be integrated, are set out in Part 2 of Annex 2. 3.3 The Parties will recommend to the Greater Glasgow and ▇▇▇▇▇ Integration Joint Boards that each of the Hosted Services listed in Annex 3 be managed and delivered on a pan Greater Glasgow and ▇▇▇▇▇ basis through a designated single Health and Social Care Partnership during the first year of their operation and subject to review for subsequent years.
