Delegation of Functions. 2.1 In exercise of their powers under section 101(1)(b) and 101(5) of the Local Government ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, sections 19 and 20 of the Local Government Act 2000 and all other enabling powers the Delegating Authorities delegate the function of their Human Resource Shared Service to EKJAC. 2.2 There following matters are reserved to the Delegating Authorities at the present time;
