Common use of Delegation of Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Delegation of Responsibility. 3.01 The parties understand and agree that where reference is made in this Collective Agreement to persons holding positions of responsibility, such reference shall in every case be deemed to include "or his/her designate". 3.02 All correspondence and communications between the parties arising out of this Collective Agreement shall pass to and from the Superintendent of Business and to and from the President of the Bargaining Unit.
