DELETE IN ITS ENTIRETY AND REPLACE WITH THE FOLLOWING. A. The management of the business, including the right to determine store operations and hours, and the right to schedule and direct the work force, are reserved to management, where not in conflict with this Agreement. B. The Company has the right to establish reasonable working rules as it may deem necessary, provided that such rules are not in direct conflict with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Such rules shall be in writing and posted, with a copy sent to the Union. C. The Company will maintain its current policy with regard to employees' uniforms. Any change of this policy must be done by mutual agreement.
