After an employee has worked six (6) months under the terms and conditions of this contract, he will be entitled to two (2) holidays: Thanksgiving and Christmas. After completing one (1) year of employment under this contract, the employee shall be entitled to one (1) more holiday, 4th of July. After completing eighteen (18) months of employment, under this contract, the employee shall be entitled to an additional holiday, Labor Day. After an employee has completed a second year of employment under this contract, the employee shall be entitled to New Year's Day.
