Deletion at End of Subscription Term. We may remove or delete Your Data within a reasonable period of time after the termination of Your Subscription Term. In the event that You would want Your Data delivered to You by Us, You shall notify Us thereof no sooner than two months and not later than 7 days prior to the termination of the Subscription Term. We will thereafter deliver Your Data to You for a fee in accordance with Our then applicable rates. We will use Our best commercial efforts to deliver Your Data in a format in accordance with Your respective instructions.
