Common use of Deletion of Definitions Clause in Contracts

Deletion of Definitions. The definitions of “Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage”, “Intercreditor Agreement”, “Permitted Second Lien Debt”, “Permitted Second Lien Debt Term Sheet” and “Permitted Second Lien Documents” contained in Section 1.02 of the Credit Agreement are each hereby deleted in their entirety.
