Upon not less than 30 days prior written notice, Express may elect to cease receiving any of the Services provided pursuant hereto, and, in such case, the prices or billing classifications of Services shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 4.1 to reflect such deletion, effective upon the date such Services are no longer provided.
