Common use of Delinquency Ratio Clause in Contracts

Delinquency Ratio. The Delinquency Ratio shall equal or exceed 2.50% on a rolling three-fiscal-month average basis at any time on or after the date hereof.

Delinquency Ratio. The Delinquency Ratio shall equal or exceed 2.502.25% on a rolling three-fiscal-month average basis at any time on or after the date hereofbasis.
