Deliverable 2. Eight (8) bi-weekly 1-hour planning calls between January and March 2016. This deliverable price includes preparation and meeting time to discuss project logistics and other proje ct planning and management issues. Approximately 29 hours.

3. Copy of sign-in sheets or list of attendees,
4. Copy of any meeting presentations or surveys provided through the mail or social media,
5. Written summary report of the workshop to include:
a. Issues identified
b. Recommendations that arose from discussions.

Deliverable 2. 1. Grantee shall prepare a Housing Study that includes a “Housing Market Study” and a “Financial Feasibility Analysis.” The Housing Market Study shall include the following: (1) findings, based on supporting data/analysis, of the need for market rate, non-subsidized housing that can be profitably constructed/delivered and is affordable to meet the needs of existing and future residents in Highlands County; (2) identification of the quantitative demand for workforce housing within Highlands County; (3) conclusions; and (4) any other information deemed appropriate by the Grantee. The Financial Feasibility Analysis shall include the following: (1) general background;
(1) proforma assumptions of the analysis; (3) density testing, including identification, based on supporting data/analysis, of alternative residential density scenarios of market rate workforce housing based upon different income thresholds for medium family income and its affordability for investors and the end user; (4) demonstration of the minimum residential densities that are necessary to ensure that the construction of workforce housing is financially feasible to the investor and the end user, the County residents and its labor force; (5) conclusions; and (6) any other information deemed appropriate by the Grantee.
2. Grantee shall conduct a Project Team meeting to discuss the following: (1) review of the Housing Study (that results from Section 3.B. above) and potential revisions to the Housing Study;
