Common use of Deliverables and Number of Copies Clause in Contracts

Deliverables and Number of Copies. Architect shall provide to the District a hard copy of the following items produced in this phase, together with one copy of each item in electronic format: 6.9.1. Two copies of meeting report/minutes from kick-off meeting; 6.9.2. Two copies of meeting report/minutes from pre-bid site walk; 6.9.3. Upon completion of the Bidding Phase, Architect shall produce a Conforming Set of plans and specifications incorporating all addenda issued thus far. Architect shall supply District with two (2) complete, reproducible sets of plans and specifications marked as a Conforming Set, and one (1) electronic set of plans in AutoCAD 2006 or compatible set and one (1) electronic copy of the conforming specifications in Microsoft Word.
