Deliverables, Tasks, Minimum Level of Service, and Financial Consequences. If Contractor fails to provide the items that are identified in this solicitation, financial consequences shall be assessed in accordance with the terms of the Contract. This section lists the specific deliverables. Contractor shall develop and submit an Initial Project Management Plan in accordance with section 10.1. At a minimum, Contractor must develop and submit to DEO an Initial Project Management Plan for in-scope applications in accordance with section 10.1 within five (5) calendar days of Contract execution. Out-of-scope applications will be due no later than June 2024, but a specific due date and financial consequences will be determined by DEO through a Contract amendment.
