Delivered Quantities. (a) For each Delivery Date, the Company shall provide to ▇▇▇▇, by no later than 7:00 p.m., HST on the second (2nd) Business Day following such Delivery Date, meter tickets and/or meter readings and tank gauge readings confirming the Measured Product Quantity in each Included Product Tank for each Product delivered during that Delivery Date and other such relevant information including but not limited to Product identifiers and the location of Products, aggregated on a Product Group basis. (b) If the Company determines that any meter tickets and/or meter readings and tank gauge readings provided pursuant to clause (a) above are inaccurate, the Company will provide to ▇▇▇▇ such corrected meter tickets and/or meter readings and tank gauge readings by no later than 7:00 p.m., HST on the third (3rd) Business Day following the date on which such determination is made.
Delivered Quantities. 6.1 The Supplier shall deliver the exact quantities of Products and/or perform the activities provided for the Services as indicated in the order placed by the Purchaser. The data resulting from the check performed by the Purchaser on delivered shipments of Products in the 15 days following delivery are final and binding. 6.2 Where the shipments of delivered Products exceed or are lower than the quantities indicated in the order, the Purchaser, at its discretion, shall have the right to: a) accept the delivered quantities and modify the following orders due to the quantitative differences ascertained upon delivery; or b) reject the exceeding quantities of Products, and, where the Supplier does not collect them immediately upon request of the Purchaser, return them to the Supplier, charging the same with any related cost or expense; or c) request the Supplier to deliver any lacking quantities at its expenses; or d) cancel the order, charging the Supplier with any costs and expenses related to the return of the Products already delivered.

Delivered Quantities. The Government will evaluate the quality of the Offeror’s past performance based on information obtained from references provided by the Offeror, as well as other relevant past performance information obtained from other sources known to the Government. Evaluation of past performance will be an assessment based on a consideration of relevant facts and circumstances. The Government is seeking to determine whether the Offeror consistently has demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction and timely delivery of quality services at fair and reasonable prices. Note: This factor is used to evaluate how well the Offeror has performed work that is relevant to the work required under the RFP. The Government will consider the information provided regarding the Offeror, and, as relevant, any predecessor companies, key personnel with relevant experience and subcontractors proposed to perform major or critical portions of the work. When an Offeror lacks past performance history as an entity, the Government will evaluate the past performance of the Offeror’s principals, predecessor companies, key personnel and major subcontractors in assessing the risk that the Offeror presents in fulfilling the contract requirements. Offerors which any relevant past performance information will be given a neutral rating under this Factor.

Delivered Quantities. The quantities of Biodiesel placed into Designated Storage shall be determined by certified fluid meters located between the Plant and Designated Storage. The quantities of each Delivery of Biodiesel (i.e., from Designated Storage into the Transport Vessel) shall be established by outbound weight certificates, as evidenced by the weight documentation provided by Seller. The certificates shall be obtained from either scales or certified metering devices. The outbound weight certificates shall, in the absence of manifest error, be determinative of the quantity of each Delivery of Biodiesel to Purchaser.
Delivered Quantities. The Premises Officer at each site will, as far as is practical, seek to place orders for fuel delivery only when there is sufficient storage space available to maximize the delivered load.

  • ESTIMATED QUANTITIES 1.1 The quantities set forth in the line items and specification document are approximate and represent the estimated requirements for the contract period. 1.2 Items listed may or may not be an inclusive requirements for this category. 1.3 Category items not listed, but distributed by bidder are to be referred to as kindred items. Kindred items shall receive the same percentage of discount or pricing structure as items listed in the specification document. 1.4 The unit prices and the extended total prices shall be used as a basis for the evaluation of bids. The actual quantity of materials necessary may be more or less than the estimates listed in the specification document, but the City/County shall be neither obligated nor limited to any specified amount. If possible, the Owners will restrict increases/decreases to 20% of the estimated quantities listed in the specification document.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.
