Common use of Deliveries and Quantity Clause in Contracts

Deliveries and Quantity. Seller will Deliver the quantity of the Product (as defined below) and Buyer will pay the specified Purchase Price, all in accordance with this REC Contract. Delivery must be between the Effective Date and July 15, 2011 inclusive (so long as generation occurred on or after January 1, 2010 and before June 1, 2011 (the “Vintage”)) and must be in accordance with Exhibit D (“Minimum Delivery Schedule”).
