Deliveries by the Purchasers. On the Closing Date, the Purchasers shall make payment of the Purchase Price to the Seller by wire transfer of immediately available funds to such bank account as the Seller shall specify in writing to the Purchasers pursuant to Section 4.3 of this Agreement.
