Common use of Delivery Address Clause in Contracts

Delivery Address. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be delivered to the recipient address provided by you but not necessarily to the recipient personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area. You authorize the USPS to leave Parcels without signature at the recipient’s address where the USPS deems safe, or alternatively with the recipient’s neighbor, in either case at the discretion of the USPS, and delivery will be deemed to have been satisfied.
