Delivery and Installation. Within five (5) business days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, OANDA shall electronically deliver the Licensed Materials to Licensee. All Licensed Materials will be sent to Licensee’s designated email address as specified in Section 18.12 (Notices). Licensee agrees to be responsible for installation of the Licensed Materials.
