Delivery and Payment for the Class. C(2003-4)

Delivery and Payment for the Class. A(2017-5) Notes. The Issuer shall execute and deliver the Class A(2017-5) Notes to the Indenture Trustee for authentication, and the Indenture Trustee shall deliver the Class A(2017-5) Notes when authenticated, each in accordance with Section 303 of the Indenture.

Delivery and Payment for the Class. B ( - ) Notes. The Issuer shall execute and deliver the Class B ( - ) Notes to the Indenture Trustee for authentication, and the Indenture Trustee shall deliver the Class B ( - ) Notes when authenticated, each in accordance with Sections 203 and 303 of the Indenture.

Delivery and Payment for the Class. A(2025-1) Notes. The Issuer shall execute and deliver the Class A(2025-1) Notes to the Note Registrar for authentication, and the Note Registrar shall deliver the Class A(2025-1) Notes when authenticated, each in accordance with Section 3.03 of the Indenture.

Delivery and Payment for the Class. A CERTIFICATES The Transferor shall execute and deliver the Class A Certificates to the Trustee for authentication in accordance with Section 6.01 of the Agreement. The Trustee shall deliver the Class A Certificates when authenticated in accordance with Section 6.02 of the Agreement and the purchase price for the Class A Certificates has been paid in accordance with the Master Closing Instructions and Receipt.

Delivery and Payment for the Class. A Securities and the Class B Securities. The Transferor shall execute and deliver the Class A Securities and the Class B Securities to the Trustee for authentication in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Agreement. The Trustee shall deliver the Class A Securities and the Class B Securities to or upon the order of the Transferor when authenticated in accordance with Section 6.2 of the Agreement.

Delivery and Payment for the Class. C(2023-1) Notes. The Issuer shall execute and deliver the Class C(2023-1) Notes to the Indenture Trustee for authentication, and the Indenture Trustee shall deliver the Class C(2023-1) Notes when authenticated, each in accordance with Sections 203 and 303 of the Indenture.
