Delivery and Payment for the Series. 1997-1 CERTIFICATES. The Transferor shall execute and deliver the Series 1997-1 Certificates to the Trustee for authentication in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Agreement. The Trustee shall deliver the Series 1997-1 Certificates to or upon the order of the Transferor when authenticated in accordance with Section 6.2 of the Agreement.
