Common use of Delivery at Terminal Location Clause in Contracts

Delivery at Terminal Location. All gas delivered to the Customer by the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall be delivered at the outlet of the Company’s metering equipment at or prior to the Terminal Location(s) (each, a “Point of Delivery”). The Company agrees to deliver gas to the Point(s) of Delivery at not less than the Point of Delivery Pressure.

Delivery at Terminal Location. All gas delivered to the Customer by the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall be delivered at the outlet of the Company’s metering equipment at or prior to the Terminal Location(s) Location (each, a the “Point of Delivery”). For these purposes, if the Customer has a dedicated service, the Company may in its discretion deem the interconnection point between the dedicated distribution line and the Terminal Location to be the Point of Delivery. The Company agrees to deliver gas to the Point(s) Point of Delivery at not less than the Point of Delivery Pressure.
