Common use of Delivery by the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Delivery by the Purchaser. At the Closing, the Purchaser shall execute and/or deliver (as applicable) to the Seller the following: a) The Purchase Price, as described in Section 2.2, by bank wire transfer of immediately available funds to the Seller’s Account; and b) Appropriate evidence of the Purchaser’s existence and authority to purchase the Property (if the Purchaser is an entity).

Delivery by the Purchaser. At the Closing, the Purchaser shall execute and/or deliver (as applicable) to the Seller the following: a) The Balance of the Purchase Price, as described in Section 2.22.2(b), by bank wire transfer of immediately available funds to the Seller’s Account; and b) Appropriate evidence of the Purchaser’s existence and authority to purchase the Property (if the Purchaser is an entity).
