Common use of Delivery by the Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Delivery by the Purchasers. At the Closing each Purchaser shall pay to the Company, by means of wire transfer of immediately available funds, an amount equal to the product of $400 and the number of Units set forth opposite such Purchaser's name on the signature pages hereto (or, as to any Additional Purchaser, such lesser number of Units as the Company shall determine in its discretion), and the Company will issue and deliver to each such Purchaser certificates evidencing the Class C Common Shares so purchased, together with the Rights and Warrants purchased by them.
