Common use of Delivery Condition Clause in Contracts

Delivery Condition. The Aircraft will be delivered by Seller in the condition set out in Appendix A (the "Delivery Condition") at the Delivery Location to Buyer. Seller will (at no cost to Buyer) correct any airworthy discrepancies from the Delivery Condition prior to delivery.
