Delivery Dates. Delivery dates stated by the Seller to the Customer are estimates given in good faith but in no circumstances whatsoever shall the Seller be liable to the Customer or any third party for any delay in delivery howsoever caused or any losses, damages, costs and expenses resulting therefrom or in connection therewith.
