Common use of Delivery Delays Clause in Contracts

Delivery Delays. In the event of delay in delivery requested by Purchaser or caused by Purchaser's (a) failure to supply adequate instructions or materials; (b) failure to arrange for pickup; (c) failure to supply or approve necessary data or actions in a timely manner; (d) requested changes; or (e) failure to provide documents required for MSI to effect delivery, MSI will store all Products at Purchaser's risk and expense. Purchaser shall pay all storage costs and expenses upon MSI's demand.
