Delivery – General. All Work shall be delivered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and as described in the Purchase Order. Contractor shall perform the Work as required under the Purchase Order, offering the best quality conditions and complying with the applicable Mexican Official Standards (Normas Oficiales Mexicanas). Contractor is not entitled to make partial delivery of Work unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order.
