DELIVERY MODEL. The provision of free and impartial information, advice and support in matters relating to: • Special Educational Needs and/or disabilities • Education • Health • Social care This support will be delivered via an independent telephone advice line, email, digital information and when appropriate, face to face contact with a SENDIAS caseworker. The service will withdraw support if a service user engages a legal representative or another advisory service to avoid any potential conflict of interest or confusion. DELIVERY MODEL. The New Horizons service delivery model includes small group instruction, cooperative learning and computer-based instruction. Following evidence-based practices, New Horizons trains tutors who then receive ongoing support from the staff. Tutoring sessions are well-structured and are held four days per week. Dated May LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING Effective September paid sick leave will be granted at no additional cost Board at the rate of one (1) day’s credit for each month or part thereof that a Continuing Education Teacher is in a Continuing Education Credit Course assignment. Unused sick leave credits will be accumulated and carried forward from one Continuing Education teaching assignment to another within a given school year but they will not be carried over into the following school year. The Parties agree that a joint committee will meet to develop a plan for the implementation of the Continuing Education Teachers’ Sick Leave Plan as set forth in above. DELIVERY MODEL. Due to the challenges with transport resulting from the rural aspect of Brechin and the desire to have the FA embedded as part of the pupils’ timetables, it was agreed that college lecturers would deliver the FA in school. This meant that there was no disruption to the pupils’ learning or participation in school life. The college and high school worked closely to ensure that the course delivery could be adapted to avoid conflicting with key times such as school prelims, study leave and national qualification exams. The learners benefitted from fully contextualised course design and delivery with a range of professionals involved throughout the 2-year programme. These included professional lecturers delivering engaging learning and teaching, industry experts delivering master classes and demonstrations, employers providing employability sessions and site visits and presentations from professional bodies. The college arranged for all FA learners to become Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) student members helping them to build their future in civil engineering, giving advice and support to help learners make the right career choices and prepare for a career in civil engineering.

  • Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. No credit will be given to deliveries before the earliest date, and Tenders offering delivery after the final date shall be treated as non-responsive. Within this acceptable period, an adjustment of [insert the adjustment factor], will be added, for evaluation purposes only, to the Tender price of Tenders offering deliveries later than the “Earliest Delivery Date” specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • Delivery Point The delivery point is the point of delivery of the Power Product to the CAISO Controlled Grid (the “Delivery Point”). Seller shall provide and convey to Buyer the Power Product from the Generating Facility at the Delivery Point. Title to and risk of loss related to the Power Product transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.

  • DELIVERY SCHEDULES In accordance with the "Non-State Agencies Participation in Centralized Contracts” and “Extension of Use” clauses herein, this Contract is extended to local governments, political subdivisions and others authorized by law as well as State agencies. The Delivery Schedules (based on Requirement Letter RL182) are available as a guide to indicate proposed delivery points and estimated annual requirements. Delivery Schedules may be revised or clarified as necessary. Any specific questions regarding the site conditions should be directed to the end-user at the telephone number shown on the Delivery Schedule. The Delivery Schedules are available upon request. Contractors shall be obligated to deliver under the Contract to any State agency which places a purchase order under the Contract, whether or not such delivery location is identified in the Delivery Schedules. Any political subdivision or other non-State entity which has not filed a requirement with OGS as of the date of the bid opening shall be eligible to receive deliveries at Contractor's option only, upon placement of a valid purchase order to the Contractor's address as indicated in the award. Contracts created by OGS in response to receipt of Filed Requirements are considered to be binding. At Contractor's request, Contractor will be advised in writing regarding political subdivisions or other Non-State entities which have filed on a timely basis but do not appear on the Delivery Schedule. Where “Standby” is indicated in the Delivery Schedule, this reflects those facilities which normally use a fuel supply (i.e. natural gas) other than fuel oil and will only use fuel oil when alternate fuel is unavailable.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.
