Delivery of a Utilisation Request for Revolving Loans. (a) The Company may utilise a Revolving Facility by delivery to the Facility Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the applicable Specified Time. (b) The Company shall send a copy of each Utilisation Request to the Security Agent.
