Common use of Delivery of Distributions in General Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Distributions in General. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan, the Debtor or the Reorganized Debtor, as applicable shall make distributions to Holders of Allowed Claims at the address for each such Holder as indicated on the Debtor’s records as of the date of any such distribution; provided, however, that the manner of such distributions shall be determined at the discretion of the Debtor or the Reorganized Debtor, as applicable; and provided further, that the address for each Holder of an Allowed Claim shall be the address set forth in any Proof of Claim filed by that Holder.
