Common use of Delivery of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Documentation. Instruction letters instructing the Company’s transfer agent to issue the Shares to the Selling Stockholder pursuant to the Exchange will be delivered to the Company’s transfer agent (along with any other necessary documentation, as required by such transfer agent) prior to the Closing Date.
