Delivery of Electrical Power to the Complex. From and after the completion and commissioning of the Purchaser Interconnection Facilities, the Purchaser shall, to the extent necessary to carry out any testing of the Complex, including Commissioning Tests, transport electrical energy in accordance with the schedules provided to the Purchaser pursuant to Section 4.2 and Section 8.1. From and after the Commissioning of the Seller Interconnection Facilities, the Purchaser shall (to the extent reasonably possible) transport to the Interconnection Point sufficient electrical power to operate the Complex (including the start up of the WTGs) during any period that the Complex is unable to generate sufficient electrical power for such purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller shall pay for such electrical power in accordance with Section 9.4(b).

From and after Commissioning of the Seller Interconnection Facilities, the Purchaser shall (to the extent reasonably possible) transport to the Interconnection Point sufficient electrical power to operate the Complex during any period that the Complex is unable to generate sufficient electrical power for such purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller shall pay for such electrical power in accordance with Section 9.4(b)(i).

  • Electrical Power Corporation shall provide Contractor with convenient access to electrical power required to perform the work. The electrical outlets used by Contractor shall be those designated or approved by Corporation.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

Also provide illuminance computer printout for all indoor typical indoor spaces and parking lots. .2 Convenience outlets and circuiting, special outlets and circuiting, television outlets, and power systems and equipment. Provide riser diagrams for all electrical systems including master clock, intercom, fire alarm, ITV, computer networking/telephone. Also, provide for emergency and normal power distribution. Provide luminaire schedule. .3 Panel schedule may be in preliminary form but circuitry must be included. .4 Applicable installation details. .5 General legend and list of abbreviations. .6 Voltage drop computation for all main feeders. .7 Short circuit analysis .8 Provide 1/2" scale floor plan and wall elevations for all electrical rooms.
